Resource Techniques is an information technology company and our core business relates to enterprise software systems development (our ‘Services'). For the purposes of data protection law and for the vast majority of personal data processing, we are a data processor acting upon the instructions of our clients (‘Clients’). However, in certain circumstances we also act as a data controller. This Policy addresses personal data processing we carry out in these circumstances.

Scope


This Privacy Policy (‘Policy’) applies to anybody who browses our webpage(s), who is mentioned on our webpage(s), who submits an inquiry via or webpage(s) or who requests certain communications via our webpage(s). Retention Period


Resource Techniques operates an internal Data Retention Policy. In respect of all personal data within the scope of this Policy, Resource Techniques will retain such personal data until you advise us to securely dispose of it, or until it becomes outdated, or it is no longer appropriate for us to retain such data. You shall inform Resource Techniques of any material changes to your personal data to ensure it is accurate. Outdated personal data is periodically deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy which is available for review upon request.

Resource Techniques operates an internal Information Security Policy. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure our own and our suppliers' information security standards are appropriate to the risks associated with the personal data processing we undertake.
